The hotel was on the first floor, offering a good size room for two people that was lovely and smelled amazing. However, the view included seeing rubbish by the water wheel. The location was great, very close to Westgate Shopping Centre and the city center, making it an ideal choice for a city break or visiting the Universities. The dining experience was average, with hot and tasty meals but not the best value for money. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.
